How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order ensure you cancel within 12 hours of when the order was placed. You can cancel an order by contacting us on Facebook, email or alternatively you can call us on 0274227835
How can I track my package?
Once your order is posted you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. If there is an issue with a tracking number, please get in touch with our team and we will sort it out with you.

Are shipping fees refundable?
We provide free shipping on all orders within New Zealand. International shipping costs can be refunded if an item is damaged. If you change your mind on an item, ensuring it is returned undamaged we can refund the product price but not the shipping costs.
I ordered or received the wrong size, is there anything I can do about this?
If we have made an error in your order, we will amend the issue either by replacing the item with the correct item or alternatively offering store credit.
If you make a mistake and order the wrong size, we’re more than happy to send another item but you’ll be required to pay for postage.
I have received a damaged item, what can I do?
If ever you receive a damaged item please send an image of the damaged item to us at email@example.com and then we will review and refund all costs.
When will my order arrive?
We have no guaranty on delivery times but generally we attempt to keep delivery times within 10 days from the date of order.
My order is late what can I do?
Ensure you’ve checked your tracking number.
To provide you with our awesome products we must work with delivery partners and suppliers, sometimes during the process things can happen that are out of our control and may cause delays in getting orders out. Due to this we do not guarantee delivery timeframes on any orders.
